Digital Marketing Specialist

Adorama is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and display advertising to join our online marketing team. This multifaceted position will focus on reaching and engaging consumers in the Adorama brand experience across existing and emerging paid channels through strategic and tactical duties. You will report to Director of Digital Marketing and will work alongside other marketing folks.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a firm grasp of primary online paid marketing strategies: search, social, programmatic display, and retargeting
  • Is a change agent and adaptable to business needs and fast-paced growth
  • Is passionate about the role that paid media can play in the overall marketing strategy
  • Has an analytical mindset and is comfortable with web analytics, such as AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Keeps on top of the latest Paid Search trends and platforms changes
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement & optimize campaigns, audiences and ad creative in relevant platforms in collaboration with external media agencies
  • Maintain daily operations and tactical function of paid search campaigns and act as main point of contact for agency partners
  • Compile and analyze data to refine marketing strategies
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget and reconciling discrepancies
  • Work with analytics team to provide accurate data for consolidated business reports
  • Recommend and develop processes that lead to efficiencies in campaign management
  • Implement ongoing testing plans for creative, landing pages, audience segments, targeting strategies, campaign settings, etc. to maximize spend
  • Collaborate and contribute innovative ideas to the broader team efforts
  • Perform other duties, tasks and activities as they arise
  • Core Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years’ relevant experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting
  • Experience with Google AdWords (including PLA’s), Microsoft AdCenter, Facebook Ads, Bid Management tools, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to manage expectations of stakeholders by communicating clearly and reliably
  • Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Independent yet communicative and team-oriented
