Job Description:

Services To Be Performed:
* Create and maintain electronic work instructions for all product lines installed in the field
* Work with internal engineering and project management teams and our 3rd party partners to develop new content for job training, including online knowledge checks
* Maintain department internal wiki page with latest information and make changes as required
* Initiate department-wide communication of updates to processes and documentation by recording and publishing the change in bulletin form
* Develop how-tos, user guides, and other documentation as necessary

Required Skills:
* 3+ years of relevant technical writing or content management experience
* Understanding of manufacturing or technical process documentation
* Ability to create and structure “App-based” work instructions through an online interface
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, English, Communications, or other technical communication-related field
* 5+ years of relevant work experience in a technical writing or content management position
* Strong work ethic, desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven, and motivated
