Responsibilities in this position will include, but are not limited to
Develop, prepare and implement marketing plans for specific market segments/applications (regions and global).
Responsible for commercialization work stream of new products and applications projects through the stage gate process.
Define value propositions, positioning and value pricing for targeted region (i.e. Americas region or global)
Build necessary market understanding to validate market sizes, critical market assumptions, technological trends and key customer/value chain needs
Play an integral role in identifying new product needs based on sales, application development and marketplace feedback
Develops deep understanding of the industry and industry trends (including where we can compete and where we can win)
Drives the understanding of the competition and defines strategies to grow and win in identified segments and applications
Develop, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns and product launches.




Qualifications :

Basic qualifications;
Background in marketing, science or engineering, MBA helpful
3-7 years marketing experience in a business to business environment (sales experience is a plus)
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others through influence
Outstanding communication skills both written and oral.
Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate opportunities into business cases
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
