Our goal is that every ad we show brings a safe and meaningful experience for the person seeing it and for the advertiser running it.We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Communications Manager, who is passionate about ensuring that we continue to create value through our ads by mitigating risk for both people and businesses through the creation of better products and better policies, to join our Global Business Marketing team. The successful candidate will develop and execute the outbound marketing strategy for Business Integrity, will have the ability to turn complex subjects into relatable, inspiring stories and will collaborate with cross-functional partners to create narratives, messaging, collateral and campaigns.We're looking for a proactive self-starter with a track record of resiliency under pressure who will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment. Having a solid understanding of the digital advertising industry and experience working on product release communications and reactive messaging is a must. This position is full-time and based in either our Menlo Park or Seattle office.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop the outbound marketing strategy, messaging and materials for both launches of new Business Integrity products/policies and reactive messaging about changes to existing products/policiesCreate compelling, integrated marketing content (e.g., messaging, presentations, guides, product collateral, videos)Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including PR, to activate proactive and reactive messages across Facebooks B2B channels and to mitigate riskStay abreast of industry and market trendsBecome an expert in Facebooks Business Integrity policies and productsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of experience in marketing communications or product marketing communicationsKnowledge of the digital advertising industryExperience synthesizing product features and client needs into storiesExperience in project management and prioritizationExperience communicating, influencing and collaborating across multiple teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS degree in communications, marketing or similar
