Job Overview

Underdirection from the Selling Manager, the Style Advisor is a fashion authoritywho is responsible for driving sales through outstanding customer service andthrough the development of deep relationships with their clients. Theyleverage their broad knowledge of trends to meet their clients totalwardrobing needs and demonstrate a get product from anywhere mentality toservice their clients and drive loyalty.

The StyleAdvisor is focused on strategically marketing themselves and growing theirbusiness through various platforms that include clienteling technology, socialmedia, referrals and networking. They strengthen their clientrelationships through targeted communication of personalized recommendations ofnew product and in-store experiences that will increase client engagement

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT
  • Establishesdeep relationships with clients and drives repeat business to achieve salesgoals and event goals
  • Consistentlydelivers memorable shopping experiences to all clients; plans client appointmentsto maximize results
  • Maximizesevery appointment with a client to address their fashion needs and those of theclient's family
  • Informsclients of in-store events to enhance their experience of Saks and increaseengagement

  • Planall customer appointments to enhance the shopping experience and maximize theresults.
  • Exceedthe customers expectations in addressing their needs and always put thecustomer first when resolving issues
  • Highschool graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferably in acustomer focused environment. Consistent sales performance with demonstratedresults in achieving and exceeding sales quota required.
  • Effectiveinterpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
  • Abilityto work effectively using available technology such as electronic register andclienteling systems, CBT terminals, etc
  • Energy,attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required.
  • Abilityto work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment that requires a highdegree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
  • Requiredto work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes, evenings,weekends and holidays.
