Integral Ad Science is seeking a Vice President, Product Marketing in NYC to oversee go-to-market strategy execution for the entire portfolio of solutions and products. You will building and leading a global Product Marketing organization, overseeing company-wide efforts to position, message, package, and deliver solutions to market.. Reporting to the CMO, the Vice President, Product Marketing will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Engineering leadership to align cross-functional teams around Go-to-Market strategy.. This is a full-time position based at IAS headquarters, with travel required to other IAS's global offices.. Responsibilities:. Develop and grow a global Product Marketing team focused on identifying the needs of brands, publishers, and platforms and translating those needs internally to ensure the success of solution placement and adoption. Translate the company's business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio of offerings into a formal, cohesive go-to-market architecture. Evolve the company's narrative for businesses in partnership with leaders of all stakeholder teams and the CMO. Build the go-to-market plan to support and grow the portfolio of offerings, including prioritizing and aligning target audiences, developing effective messaging and building content architecture. Partner with leaders across the business (e.g. sales, product, business development, sales operations, marketing operations, etc) to design a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, launch strategy, PR, sales and partner materials. Create marketing programs across the portfolio to drive adoption of key solutions/capabilities and grow both revenue and value created for customers. Represent our full product suite and the business internally and externally. Manage the product launch process. Coordinate and partner with cross-functional teams (including PR, design, product, and engineering stakeholders) to deliver world-class products to the market. Provide insight and support to company leadership to inform the identification and development of new offerings (products, solutions or services). Understand target buyer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape. Partner with Sales Enablement to plan and oversee marketing contributions to drive sales' adoption of the portfolio. Oversee launch planning for new offerings - including an enterprise-wide process and template - that incorporates products, solutions and services where applicable. Oversee internal resources and external agencies tasked with creating effective content for Web sites, campaigns and sales enablement. Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to guide the marketing staff in its day-to-day activities. Formalize processes, measurement tools and reporting structure to support the Product Marketing team's goals. Conduct routine assessments of the organization's go- to-market processes and address gaps in performance. Manage the hiring, development and retention of Product Marketing team talent globally. Requirements:. 10-15 years of professional B2B experience, motivating and leading diverse teams (preferably global). 5+ years of advanced experience with product line or business unit management. 5+ years product marketing experience in ad tech, managing more than one product/business line, creating GTM strategies. Formal leadership experience overseeing budgets. Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders. Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions to establish buy-in for go-to-market strategy. Demonstrated skills in messaging and positioning offerings. Experience developing thought leadership to enhance a company's reputation in terms of expertise and innovation. People management, including the ability to build and grow a team and work with diverse skill sets and backgrounds. Strong management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs and objectives. Ability to work in a cross- functional capacity within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Analytical, data driven decision-maker. Communicator with a keen ability to simplify complex concepts.
