Do you want to lead a major customer within our Impulse channel for a growing global consumer powerhouse, based out of our thriving UK Headquarters in Media City, Manchester? You'll get to work with our iconic brand portfolio including Pringles, Coco Pops, Nutri-Grain, Special K and Rice Krispies as well as helping us deliver exciting future innovation. In your role as National Account Manager, you will be part of our success as you:

+ Deliver quarterly and annual internal output targets vs budget

+ Deliver annual internal input targets (Sales Levers/Fundamentals) - Category Vision, Assortment, Distribution, Price & Pack, Visibility, Promo Plan & Pressure, Activation, Trade Strategy, Supply Chain

+ Develop accurate volume forecasts with the customer and input into KS&OP process to ensure robust forecast accuracy

+ Lead the customer relationship including the creation and management of annual plans and building the business for long term mutual benefit

+ Act as the voice of the customer internally and champion what's needed to win externally

+ Work cross functionally across Commercial Strategy, Category Management, Marketing and relevant others internally to develop solutions and create plans to win

+ Work within a cross functional team including indirect reports



+ Considerable experience of selling to Impulse and major multiples

+ Knowledge of customer relationship-building, JBP development, negotiation skills and people management

+ Ability to work well cross functionally both internally and externally

+ Strong leadership, winning with customers and driving results skills

+ Ability to motivate, coach and manage both direct and indirect teams


+ People management experience
