**Job Title:** Administrative Associate / Professional Education Coordinator

**Department:** Professional Education

**Location:** West Chester, PA 19380

**Pay Rate:** $23-25/hr depending on experience with Access & Excel

**Shift:** M-F 8am-5pm (onsite)

**Length of Assignment:** through the end of November (covering medical leave so potential to be extended)

**Job Summary:**

The Administrative Associate will be the Coordinator for the Professional Education Department to assist with logistical support and organization of the team. This position will use Access and Excel daily to manipulate data and inform parties the status for the newest surgeon arriving for training. This position will also have communication with internal business partners.

This Professional Education team works to schedule training for surgeons to use their products. You may be needed to assist with the execution of their Customer Education Visitation program, preceptorship program, and national courses as well as the management of sector-wide faculty engagement database. The coordinator will work with sales representatives, Marketing, R&D, as well as other areas of the business in different aspects for these educational programs. You may be needed to communicate with our Health Care Professional customers and assist with ensuring highest quality customer experience. The Coordinator will ensure compliance to all legal, regulatory and HCC policies to include; Advamed, Pharma, ACCME and other global legal and regulatory bodies.


+ Minimum of a completed HS Diploma or GED

+ Must have strong Microsoft expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Detail oriented

+ Quick to learn new concepts.

+ Works well with others
