Develops and follows up on leads, cultivates relationships with prospects and referral sources and provides presentations regarding program services, and participates in facility tours when needed.
Develops a working knowledge of all programs, promotional materials, and website.
Shows fiscal responsibility with the use of company credit card to book hotels, air travel, auto rentals in order to accomplish the tasks of the position. Employee is urged to use prudence and good judgment in finding cost effective means of conducting business. If an event is scheduled in a high-cost area, employee must discuss options with Supervisor.
Shows fiscal discretion while conducting business. Employee will submit all receipts, whether the expense was a personal expense to be reimbursed or put on the company credit card.
Assists with the development of the marketing plan and evaluations competition on a regular basis; providing feedback positive and negative from the field to the Admissions Department.
Efficiently maintains referral relations database by updating referral information in a timely manner to ensure accurate communication amongst Admission team.
One or two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales and/or marketing.
Requires valid State Driver's License.
