  • Structures and manages integrated projects and programs to achieve expected business results
  • Manages large, complex projects/programs to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience leading the delivery of complex software implementation projects and programs across disciplines in the marketing technology space - including customer facing digital experiences and custom software implementations
  • Excellent executive facing communication skills coupled with a strong account management background
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team in the areas of technology, marketing, analytics/CRM, social and creative disciplines
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Independent, self-motivated and avid delivery professional
  • Strong leadership background to effectively manage, mentor, and grow the delivery organization
  • Experience in the world of account management - creating strong partnerships and relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization from the C-Suite down
  • Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex issues
  • Ability to drive complex estimation and assessment work with a high degree of repeatability and accuracy
  • Experience in an Agile based delivery environment
